簡介
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Management, Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, QuickBooks, Current Account Accounting, and Cash Management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle accounts receivable/payable, assist in financial reporting, and manage cash flow.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment, may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong organizational skills, and effective communicator.
