簡介

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases.
  • Process transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit payments; issue receipts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Support inventory management and restocking as needed.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in tax preparation, strong communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of accounting software and principles is essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage transactions, assist customers, prepare tax documents, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Working Conditions: Typically works in a retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Qualities and Traits: Reliable, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
