Description

We are looking for an experienced, detailed oriented, organize and passionate Accounts Payable Staff (Project Based) who responsible for the payable of the company. He/She will assist the department on their day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Daily accounting activities:

  • Receive, review and book in RA1 all vendor’s invoices relating to Administrative expenses;
  • Receive and review all PJVs transmitted by Operations to Finance and ensures that vendor’s invoices are attached and must be signed/approved by the Department Manager - Operations;
  • Assist in the review and analysis of Administrative expenses (PE & OPEX);
  • Assist on the preparation of cashflow forecast;
  • Assist on the preparation of bank reconciliation;
  • Ensure that all Intercompany Payables are paid on a timely manner;
  • Assist to prepare reports as maybe required by Local Mgt or Regional Controlling;
  • Ensure to keep a proper and chronological filing of payment vouchers and it’s supporting documents. And to assist in providing supporting documents for internal & external audit.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable
  • Willing for temporary position until end of July.
