Description
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Support communication between departments and external partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience as an Administrative Specialist or Assistant.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in VISA/AEP processes, Help Desk support, strong organizational skills, and excellent written communication in English.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage administrative tasks, assist with VISA applications, provide help desk support, and maintain organized records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, primarily desk-based tasks, with potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
