  • Supervise and support a team of sales representatives in a designated area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Oversee sales operations in the designated area, develop sales strategies, and manage key client accounts.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in sales or account management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, effective sales strategy and management capabilities, and proficiency in key account management.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
