We are looking for an Assistant Chief Steward.

As an Assistant Chief Steward, we rely on you to:

Coach and maximise the performance of the team
Maintain smooth stewarding operation on a daily basis
Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding section including the supervision of the cleaning process, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all Food & Beverage areas in a manner consistent with the standards of the Resort.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Creative with an eye for detail
Able to solve problem in a professional manner
Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
Enjoys being challenged
Willing to work shifts
