簡介
- Assist the Business Development Manager in researching and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and gather intelligence on competitors, potential clients, and market trends.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with new information and prospective interactions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Support relationship-building efforts with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on growth initiatives.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or any related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and goal oriented. • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in lead generation, client outreach, or market research is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, B2B sales, or business strategy is an advantage.
- Extensive experience in the BPO industry, with strong knowledge of client acquisition, account management, and service delivery processes.
