Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Metro Manila. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, developing growth strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
- Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in the fintech or banking industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
