- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Document and update customer interactions in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
- Attend training sessions and actively participate in ongoing skill development.
職位要求
- At least 2nd year College Completer
- With or without BPO experience—we provide training for those new to the industry.
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written, with an ability to engage and relate to customers.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs quickly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
