Attending to the customers upon entrance
Ensuring of customer's request and completeness of order
Have knowledge in each of the Thai Mango by Chef Kim products
Discount purchases by redeeming coupons'
Collect payments by accepting cash, cheque, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers
Deal with complaints and problems with a positive attitude
Ensuring of issuance of receipt before preparing orders
Following the company's policy
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
Must be certified in all stations (drinks, roti, cashier, and dispatch)

Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
