- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Manage specific kitchen stations and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with head chef to create and innovate menu items.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in a restaurant kitchen
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork, proficient in restaurant management, excellent communication and operations management skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced, dynamic environment with long hours. Background in Burgers and Fast Food is required and experience for GCC countries is a PLUS.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, leadership abilities, adaptability, and a passion for culinary arts. Max age is 32.
