Responsible for employee compensation statistics: Based on the company's compensation policies and attendance records, accurately calculate employees' monthly salaries, bonuses, benefits, etc., to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the compensation budget.
Basic operations: Familiar with Singapore's employment management policies, handle work permits and labour and employment benefits for employees.
Employee consultation and communication: Answer employees' questions regarding employment, compensation, benefits, etc., and handle salary-related complaints and issues.

Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Accounting or related fields is preferred.
Work experience: At least 2 years of working experience related to compensation and performance.
Proficient in office software such as Excel, and be able to conduct data analysis using functions.
Understand national labor laws and regulations, especially those related to compensation.
Have good data sensitivity and analysis ability.
Able to communicate in Chinese with internal stakeholders is a plus point
