- Job Title: Customer Service Agent
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in any relevant field
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, problem solving, account management, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in call centre operations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve queries, manage accounts, and ensure satisfaction
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a call centre environment, possibly shifts
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
