Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

職位要求

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or call center environments.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong command of the English language is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product support while maintaining sales records.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for evening/weekend shifts.
