- Meet performance targets and service level agreements.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.
