簡介

  •  Responsible for directly interacting with customers by efficiently answering post sales inquiries , complaints , resolving issues , processing orders , maintaining customer records and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem solving skills. 
  •  Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers by ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally by providing exceptional services and support. 
  •  Promote and upsell products and services based on customer's needs
  •  Provides support to all internal and external clients 
  •  Escalate complex or unresolved problems to appropriate business units when necessary 
  •  Achieve agreed upon sales quota /target 
  •  Monitors customer satisfaction level

職位要求

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any field but preferably IT-related course
  •  With at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service
  •  Good verbal and written communication skills
  •  Has the ability to handle challenging customer situations and alleviate conflicts 
  •  Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  •  Strong attention to details with high accuracy in data entry 
  •  Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  •  Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  •  Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills 
  •  Technical knowledge is an advantage 
  •  Must be willing to go beyond the normal working hours including weekends
