We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a leading Food Delivery Account. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent voice and written support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and delivery updates.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand experience.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system according to guidelines.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

職位要求

Educational Background:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate


Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years BPO experience (voice or blended account preferred)


Language Proficiency:

  • C1 level English proficiency (both spoken and written)
