簡介

  • The Customer Support Representative / Implementation Officer is responsible for handling both existing and new client engagements.
  • This includes the implementation and training of LSTVI’s proprietary software solutions, addressing client concerns, and providing after-sales technical support.
  • The role ensures client satisfaction through responsive support, timely implementation, and proper documentation of enhancements and customization requests.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in software implementation, client support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, remote access tools, and support ticketing systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to travel for onsite client training and support, if needed
