We’re searching for a Call Center Data Analyst (Outbound) who turns outbound call metrics into insights that fuel performance, efficiency, and growth.

As our Call Center Data Analyst, you won’t just crunch numbers. You’ll:

  • Find the story behind the stats
  • Spot hidden trends and opportunities
  • Deliver insights that shape real-time decisions
  • Work directly with leadership to improve campaign strategies
  • Help ensure our outbound operations are as smart and efficient as possible


Key Responsibilities

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze outbound campaign data (connect rates, conversion rates, call durations, etc.)
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and red flags before they become problems
  • Answer critical questions like:
  • Why did contact rates drop this week?
  • Are flagged DIDs hurting deliverability?
  • Why do certain time blocks convert better?


Reporting Visualization

  • Build clear, actionable dashboards using:
  • Airtable Interfaces
  • Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, charts)
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting packs to leadership
  • Simplify complex data for easy understanding


Optimization and Recommendations

  • Recommend improvements to:
  • Dialing strategies
  • List segmentation
  • Pacing logic
  • DID management
  • Run performance tests (e.g., A/B testing campaign structures or scripts)
  • Provide insights that directly impact business outcomes


Collaboration & Back up Execution

  • Support Dialer Operations Assistants with campaign setup in CallTools (or similar dialers)
  • Be cross-trained to assist with dialer execution when needed
  • Collaborate on refining data flows (e.g., webhook integration with Airtable)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst in an outbound call center (3+ years preferred)
  • A data-driven mindset — You rely on evidence, not opinions
  • Natural curiosity — You constantly ask why and what does this mean?
  • Strategic thinking — You connect metrics to business impact
  • Strong communication — You explain technical findings clearly and simply
  • Proactivity — You dive into opportunities without waiting to be asked


Tools and Skills:

  • Airtable — Intermediate experience, especially with Interfaces and relational data
  • Google Sheets — Advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic, automation
  • CallTools (or similar dialers) — Familiarity with outputs, campaigns, pacing logic (setup training provided)
  • Zapier / Webhooks (Nice to Have) — Understanding of how data flows into Airtable
  • CRM / Dialer KPIs — Comfort with standard call center performance metrics and terminology


Working Hours:

  • PH Graveyard Shift
  • 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday
  • Following US Timezone


Compensation:

  • $3/hr - $5/hr
  • Weekly payouts
