We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Data Qualifier** to join our team at Upstart, Antipolo. The Data Qualifier will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data entered into systems, databases, and other tools. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of data entry, data management, and quality control processes, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively.

- Review, validate, and verify data for accuracy and consistency before inputting it into databases or systems.

- Ensure that all data entered is complete and conforms to established guidelines.

- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data to maintain data integrity.

- Organize and categorize data to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.

- Assist in creating reports and documentation related to data quality and data management processes.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data-related issues.

- Perform routine data checks and audits to ensure ongoing quality control.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve data collection processes and systems.

• At least a high school graduate (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).
• Previous experience in data entry, data management, or a similar position is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or other data management software.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle and process large volumes of data efficiently.
