API Intern Job Requirements:

Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with global clients, providing technical support and addressing customer inquiries.

Timely response: Quickly respond to customer inquiries within specified timeframes, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.

Time zone flexibility: Ability to work across different time zones, ensuring timely support during overseas clients' working hours.

Understanding of API-related issues: Capable of understanding and addressing customers' fundamental questions about APIs, assisting clients in resolving common issues related to API usage.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably related to software and APIs.

Familiar with common API concepts, able to understand and assist customers with basic API issues.

Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Excellent time management skills, able to adjust working hours according to time zones.

Strong team spirit and the ability to solve problems independently.

Internship salary of 200 RMB/day, negotiable based on qualifications, preferably able to intern 5 days a week.
