- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution among stakeholders.
- Utilize document management software to maintain accessibility and security.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with project standards and procedures.
- Support project teams in retrieving and managing documentation efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of ISO standards, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in document management software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, reliable, team-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
