  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize special projects and events as needed.
  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and maintain files.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours.
