Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer, your day-to-day will primarily consist of designing visual imagery for social media, websites, landing pages, eCommerce storefronts, and other platforms. You may also be tasked with designing assets for brochures, catalogues, and other print materials from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as graphic designer. Applicants with experience across multiple design types (marketing collaterals, print materials, etc.) would be preferred.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a compelling portfolio.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, mainly Adobe applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, print, and typography.
• Ability to clearly communicate reasoning behind design choices.
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with other members of the team.
• Must be comfortable in client-facing scenarios, such as project briefings, brainstorming sessions, presentations, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm, strategize, and work with team members, clients, and third-party teams on a wide range of projects that may include websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Help conceptualize creative ideas and establish branding/design guidelines for different brands/companies and clients.
• Translate creative briefs into high-quality design while adhering to established brand identity and design guidelines.
• Obtain input and approval from Creative Director to ensure that designs meet project requirements and client preferences.
