簡介

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, enhance employee retention, oversee training and development, and maintain effective HR operations.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Assist with performance management and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, communication, employee relations, and talent management; strong in payroll, compensation, and benefits; excellent presentation and written communication skills.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Officer or Generalist.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with a focus on teamwork; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
