  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, maintain employee records, support HR initiatives, and address employee inquiries.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Support performance management and feedback processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Help foster a positive workplace culture.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, excellent communication, strong recruiting abilities, and effective employee relations skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for remote work.
