簡介

  • Submits written reports and memos of erring employees, on time to the immediate head.
  • Report and submit necessary documents to DOLE and Government Offices.
  • Checks attendance and punctuality and closely coordinates to MDHII assigned coordinator and other related concerns.
  • Approves operators' leaves of absence (in coordination with immediate head or supervisor)
  • Monitor leave credits of employees.
  • Counsels employees to improve work performance.
  • Assists in processing employees' clearance to ensure that separating employee is free from any violations before releasing of last pay.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
