· Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and off-boarding
· Oversee and streamline HR processes and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
· Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies aligned with the company's goals
· Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
· Monitor and maintain employee records and data
· Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related activities
· Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed
· Lead and motivate a team of HR and administrative professionals
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist or supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare industry
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
· Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
· Passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment
