Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
Experience in IT systems integration, network administration or IT support.
Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud-based applications, and data management.
Knowledge of system integration, including connecting external and internal software solutions.
Experience in setting up and managing company emails, ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
Understanding of data backup procedures and server maintenance
Familiarity with IT security protocols and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Serve as the first line of support for system concerns and technical difficulties.
Experience in coordinating with IT vendors for hardware and software requirements
Work with different departments to identify IT needs and implement system improvements
Experience in IT project management is a plus
Strong coordination skills to liaise with IT vendors and internal teams

Ability to translate technical issues into user-friendly language for non-technical employees.
Strong documentation skills for tracking IT procedures, issues and solution.
