As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a motivated Junior Business Support Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this flexible role, you’ll provide key administrative support to senior management, contribute to exciting business projects, and gain hands-on experience across various operational areas, making it an ideal opportunity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, travel bookings, expense processing, and ad hoc tasks.
- Assist in managing business projects by tracking priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
- Coordinate internal meetings and events, including preparation of agendas, documentation, and minutes.
- Maintain accurate data records and generate regular reports to support operational and clinical teams.
- Perform intranet and M drive maintenance, including user access and content updates.
- Manage general office operations, ensuring supplies, equipment, and facilities are well maintained.
- Support continuous improvement by streamlining administrative processes and systems.
- Ensure all work complies with privacy, confidentiality, and quality management standards.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in administrative or business support roles.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and work flexibly in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships across teams.
- High level of initiative with a proactive, solutions-focused mind set.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with the ability to influence and coordinate effectively.
