Design and develop training materials (e-learning modules, infographics, videos, slide decks, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
Assist in the delivery of onboarding programs and other learning sessions
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, both virtual and in-person
Support the evaluation and improvement of training programs through feedback and analytics
Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
Maintain an organized repository of training materials and documentation
Stay updated with current trends in learning and development, multimedia design, and technology
Travel to other branches or locations as required for training deployments

Had a proven background in graphic or video content development either Canva, Photoshop, or any Adobe suites or other related content creation tools.
Have a strong sense of curiosity and creativity
Demonstrate a continuous learning attitude
8/10 communication skills are acceptable.
Willing to travel
It would be a plus factor if the applicant is an IT person with a background in system integration and has the above qualities as well.
