- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and storage.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum High/Senior High School degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge in kitchen hygiene, stewarding, mise-en-place, customer service, discretion, written and verbal communication, heavy lifting, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure cleanliness, organize kitchen equipment, assist in food preparation, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring physical stamina and adaptability.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, reliable, and has a positive attitude.
