POSITION SUMMARY:



The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company’s growth and brand presence through a range of marketing initiatives, both digital and print. This role involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, executing campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility, drive engagement, and promote offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Assist with the development and execute digital and print marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

• Content Creation: Collaborate on the creation of engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, and newsletters that resonate with target audiences, including business owners, architects, and designers.

• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, scheduling regular posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to optimize engagement and reach.

• Integration & Automation

  • Seamless.ai  business development:  Use software to create weekly lead lists

  • Zapier Integration: Use Zapier to automate workflows between the website, email marketing tools, and CRM systems, ensuring a seamless lead-generation process.

  • Email Marketing: Work with email marketing platforms to design and implement nurture sequences based on user behavior and site activity.

• Analytics & Tracking

  • Monitor Google Tag Manager (GTM) Connections: Ensure all tags function correctly and capture necessary insights.

  • Google Analytics: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, reviewing metrics like user engagement, traffic sources, conversion rates, and bounce rates to guide marketing strategies.

• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Squarespace or WordPress, Hootsuite, MailChimp, GTM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO (SemRush), Zapier, and CRM Software.

• Ability to problem solve and be flexible without direction.

• High-level organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Ability to prioritize, be self-sufficient and have a proactive work ethic. 

Work set-up: Remote (equipment provided)

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 9PM - 6AM PHT
