About the Role

EON's Marketing Manager, working directly under the direction and guidance of the President and Chief Operating Officer shall be the primary driver in building and managing the EON brand. The Marketing Manager shall manage and execute a range of strategic initiatives relevant to the organization's business goals, with the support of EON's communication experts and creative talents.

Responsibilities

EON Brand Custodianship

• develop and implement strategies to strengthen EON's brand identity
• monitor and analyze brand performance
• manage corporate and CEO social media accounts
• media relations
• EON website

Partnerships

• pursue opportunities to expand EON's network
• nurture existing professional relationships
• represent EON in membership-based organizations it belongs to

Thought Leadership

• identify opportunities for the organization to participate in conferences, panels, and other events to showcase expertise and enhance brand recognition

EON Foundation and EON advocacies

• manage relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, beneficiaries, and partners
• lead project management on advocacy campaigns such as EON's Branding the Philippines advocacy and Philippine Trust Study

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in public relations, marketing, brand management, social media, and partnership building, advocacy programs
• project management skill
• communication skill
