Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans: Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand building, and customer acquisition within the security sector.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends.
Lead Generation and Sales Support: Develop and manage lead generation campaigns utilizing various channels (digital marketing, direct mail, networking events, etc.) to support the sales team.
Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging marketing materials including brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and case studies that highlight the company's security solutions and expertise.
Digital Marketing: Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Branding and Reputation Management: Maintain and strengthen the company's brand image and reputation within the security industry. Address online reviews and manage the company's online presence.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively and track ROI on marketing initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics such as lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates. Present findings and recommendations to management.
Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Requisito

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that have resulted in measurable results (e.g., increased lead generation, improved brand awareness, higher sales).
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
