We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration, and optimization across the M365 suite. This role is key to ensuring service reliability, user satisfaction, and operational excellence in a modern digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, mail flow, Teams calling, and data loss prevention
Manage license assignments, user provisioning, and group policies
Configure and support M365 security & compliance tools (e.g., DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, eDiscovery, Defender)
Collaborate with global IT teams to implement and enforce best practices
Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs
Assist in M365 migrations, onboarding/offboarding, and tenant configurations
Work with Microsoft Support for escalated cases and service requests
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
Strong technical knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Conditional Access policies
Working knowledge of PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Compliance Center tools
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Experience using ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
