We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration, and optimization across the M365 suite. This role is key to ensuring service reliability, user satisfaction, and operational excellence in a modern digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, mail flow, Teams calling, and data loss prevention
  • Manage license assignments, user provisioning, and group policies
  • Configure and support M365 security & compliance tools (e.g., DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, eDiscovery, Defender)
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to implement and enforce best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs
  • Assist in M365 migrations, onboarding/offboarding, and tenant configurations
  • Work with Microsoft Support for escalated cases and service requests


  • Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 2–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Conditional Access policies
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Compliance Center tools
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Experience using ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
