- Disbursing, counting, and collecting money on behalf of the office
- Completing all banking transactions and carrying out basic bookkeeping
- Communicating with individuals related to his/her work, like the employees and customers
- Explaining or disseminating information to other office personnel
- Addressing all complaints and taking orders from superiors
- Taking messages, directing calls, and answering telephone calls
職位要求
- College Graduate
- Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
- Fast and proficient typist
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
