HR Network
Conducts research on the client’s company, including its business nature, location, job specifications, and required qualifications.
Prepares and publishes job postings across multiple recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, BestJobs, LinkedIn, and Monster.
Sources and screens potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals and internal or external referrals.
Conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Prepares and submits candidate endorsements or synopsis letters for client review.
Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews with clients and sends email confirmations.
Follows up with potential candidates to gather updates and feedback.
Maintains and tracks the weekly SC report, including daily endorsements and sales progress.
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office with strong computer literacy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
