簡介
- Supervised the invoice processing workflow for APAC and NALA, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle the resolution of parked and blocked invoices, ensuring adherence to aging standards.
- Manage compliance with local tax and regulatory
- Guide a team of invoice processing processors, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Cooperate with procurement, finance, and payment teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
職位要求
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Willing to manage operations across multiple time zones
- Willing to work in Taguig City
