簡介

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Fulfill the following processes and activities consistently according to agreed-upon quality standards and turn-around time:

  1. Enrollment, renewal, and cancellation of member coverage

  2. Reconciliation and reporting of the branch's sales/production and premium collection to Admin Staff

  3. Computation and reporting of incentives for payout Admin Staff

  4. Processing of payments for the branch's expenses and requirements in coordination with Admin Staff

  5. Inventory management of the branch's stocks and supplies (e.g. enrollment forms, provincial receipt booklets)

  6. Scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and other similar activities with concerned teams and individuals

  7. Servicing of all partnership-related requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree holder preferably BSBA, Office Administration, Insurance Management graduate

  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience as an admin staff

  • Must be willing to travel

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

  • Location: JGS Building Room 304, 30 Scout Tuason St., Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City.
