- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Prepare HR reports and analytics
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives
- Provide support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues
職位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A passion for learning and developing HR skills
- SSS, PAG IBIG, PHIL HEALTH, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, NBI CLEARANCE, TOR/DIPLOMA
