Our partner is a top Australia-based leading in Personal Injury Claims Management Services. They specialize in Managing workers insurance and personal injury claims. Supporting return to work outcomes and driving solutions for improving work health safety They are one of the top injury management partner of choice for employers and government agencies which over 100 years Australians have turned to them for our claims expertise and personalized support in helping injured workers return to work.
Their Business Services Delivery department is actively focused on building web. Currently, they are looking for a Power Platform Leadto join the software engineering team to create modern digital software products. The team uses cutting-edge technologies to build high performing, scalable cloud-based solutions in a safe, secure, and agile fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the MS365 application portfolio, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM & Atlassian products. Oversee and deliver a scalable, efficient, collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes
- Implement application changes in a safe and controlled manner following the EML change procedure.
- Identify best solution to meet the agreed business requirements.
- Liaising with onshore and offshore development and support teams
- Develop,implement,forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the Power Platform and Applications Support function.Oversee and deliver a scalable,efficient,collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Identify and evaluate individual and organizational development needs.Deliver individual and group learning and development programs.Expanding and honing EML’s end to end business processes and solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
- Effective incident and problem management skills aligned to ITIL best practices
Qualifications:
- More than 5+years demonstrated experience in a similar technology role
- Qualification aligned to M365 and ITIL Service Management
- Experience supporting M365 suite (in particular SharePoint & MS Teams)
- Experience supporting and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM platform
- Experience supporting and deploying flows and apps with Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of following preferred: Atlassian Jira / Confluence, Microsoft Power Platform CoE
