Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors to meet quotas and profit targets.
• Support Channel Sales and Business Development Managers (BDMs) in positioning product offerings.
• Conduct internal and external enablement activities such as product updates, promotions, events, and training.
• Ensure product pricing and vendor process updates are current.
• Assist with vendor-related operations, pre/post-sales issues, and internal tools.
• Submit accurate and timely reports to vendors and superiors.
• Collaborate with BDMs and sales teams to enhance product awareness and growth.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives, training, and events.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and marketing planning with vendors.
• Analyze sales and marketing data against business objectives.
• Work with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth processes.
• Manage inventory to maintain healthy stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in networking, security, or unified communication solutions.
