Set out, level and survey the site.
Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensure that necessary materials, tools, and equipment ordered or listed by the client's representative are delivered to the project site.
Abide and obey all plans and sketches as maybe explained and assigned to them;
Make every reasonable attempt to complete the project on schedule;
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involve in the project.
Communicate with the clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors and staff delegate), including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress.
Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and work of any subcontractors/direct workers and installer.
Prepare daily activities and report.
Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment report. (key plan, progress photos, manpower, weather chart and accomplished activities).
Report and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Perform such other duties that may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Sanitary Engineering
Preferably licensed
With at least 1-5 years of experience as Project-In-Charge / Project Engineer / Site Engineer or any related
Willing to work in MARULAS, VALENZUELA CITY
