簡介

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process purchase orders for materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery details.
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and evaluating vendor performance.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify purchasing needs and optimize procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.


職位要求

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Business related courses
  • 1 year relevant experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented and has very good interpersonal relations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
