- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Source candidates using databases, job boards, and social media
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain applicant tracking records
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies
