簡介

  • Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, ensure quality customer service, and control costs.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
  • Prepare financial reports and manage budgeting for the cafe.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

職位要求

  • Willing to work at El Espacio Cafe Baguio.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in restaurant or Cafe management or relevant roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong restaurant management and cost management skills; able team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in computer applications.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
