  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

職位要求

  • Job Title: Restaurant Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year in restaurant management or related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Operations management, inventory management, strong work ethic, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the food service industry
