簡介

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
  • Oversee daily operations, train staff, ensure quality service, manage inventory, and maintain cost control.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences.
  • Assist in training and development of team members.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning and implementation of promotional activities.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork and communication skills, quality control expertise, inventory and cost management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, proactive problem-solver, and team player.
