Job Summary

• We are hiring a friendly and goal-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will assist customers, promote products, and make sure they have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. You’ll also support daily store operations and help meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing products and give correct product details
• Handle payments and operate the cash register properly
• Monitor stock levels and follow audit and discount guidelines
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer service
• Meet personal and team sales targets using proper sales techniques
• Recommend additional items based on customer needs
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist with marketing tasks like social media posts and live/online selling
• Promote ongoing sales, promos, and store events
• Build good customer relationships through follow-ups and personal service
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the manager

Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer tools
• Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media
• Experience in live or online selling is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work in other branch locations if needed
• Open to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Flexible, dependable, and willing to handle extra tasks when required
